Made in Santiago de Compostela in North Eastern Spain, this 'orujo de hierbas' is a distilled liquor. One of the most popular in Spain, Rua Vieja is both refreshing and soothing and aids digestion after a meal. Its vivid yellow-green colour makes it a charming and distinctive drink after lunch or dinner, usually served ice cold as a 'chupito' in a shot glass. Keep it in the freezer compartment. 70cl.
